About our service

Who is eligible?

Anyone working for the following organisations/sectors can use our service – if your employer is based in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

  • BNSSG Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) & BNSSG Healthier Together
  • The social care sector (all council-run and independent care homes and home care providers)
  • Mental Health Care (AWP & VitaMinds)
  • Primary Care (all GP practices, BrisDoc and One Care, pharmacists, opticians and dentists in the area)
