Join an online community

One example is Side by Side, an online community that provides a space for you to talk and listen to others who are going through similar experiences

Make new connections

Social media can be a great place to find like-minded people who share your hobbies and interests, you could try to find Facebook groups that cater to your interests.

Learn something new

If you find you have spare time on your hands, taking up a new activity or learning something new can have several benefits – new contacts and new skills. Gardening, singing, music… the possibilities are endless and so are the resources. YouTube has thousands of free tutorials and other websites like offer full courses.
