Through this website you will be able to sign up for our online newsletter and updates about Healthier Together. This is an opt-in process. If for any reason you decided you no longer wish to receive information you will be able to opt-out. You can do this by emailing and stating ‘opt-out’. We will provide details of our opt-out process in any newsletter we issue.

No information you provide will be shared or used other than for the reason for which you supplied it.
